Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of university


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Membership in the Canadian Bar Association, Membership in a provincial or territorial law society


Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years


Languages: Speak English, Read English


Work Setting: Private corporation or industry


Area of Legal Specialization: Business, Commercial, Contracts, Corporate, Property and real estate


Additional Skills: Use computer applications


Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail


Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people


Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Working with others, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use
